The GardenWalk self-parking structure has two entrances conveniently located on Disney Way and Katella Avenue between Harbor Blvd. and Clementine Street. The venue is easily accessible from any level in the parking garage (including ADA accessibility). Parking is subject to capacity. House of Blues guests will receive validation for the first three (3) hours of their visit. The cost is $3 for each additional hour thereafter. Guest drop off is available at the Valet Circle accessible from the Disney Way entrance at GardenWalk.
Valet parking is not currently available. Foundation Room Members receive 9 hours of complimentary self parking, bring your ticket with you for validation.

We’re cashless! All concession, bar and ticket sales, once in the venue, will only accept credit or debit cards and/or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cashless payments are encouraged for ticket purchases at the box office. Cash to card conversion will be available inside the venue, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

No. All guests must meet the minimum age requirement for the show. You must have a valid ID indicating that you meet the minimum age restriction. Any guest without a valid ID will be denied entry without a refund. For all-ages events, all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All general admission (GA) tickets are for standing room only. VIP seat upgrades may be available, and can be found here.
We occasionally host shows that have a seated or cabaret floor plan; event specifics will be listed on the House of Blues website, Ticketmaster.com, or you may call our Box Office at (714) 778-2583 for details. ADA seating accommodations are available as a ticket option online or through our Box Office.
ADA seating is sold as a ticket option online, or by contacting the Box Office in person or by phone at (714) 778-2583.
To purchase online, please use the “Filter” button to display accessible seating, which will display as Semi-Ambulatory, (this is meant to include those needing wheelchair access as well as those with other accommodation needs). ADA seating may be purchased in two ticket increments, allowing a companion to accompany the guest in need of accommodation. Seating selections do not determine where in the section you will be seated, as the section will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
To ensure your party is seated ahead of the general admission line, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your show’s door time and check in with a member of the security team at the ADA stanchion posted just outside of the security checkpoint. Anyone who purchased GA tickets but would still like to seek accommodation will be assisted on a first come first serve basis as space allows.
